Board of Directors

Kristian Jebsen is the Chair of the Board. He was appointed to the Board in 2017. Jebsen is the CEO, Chairman and one of the owners of Gearbulk.

Camilla Grieg was appointed to the Board in 2017. She is Chair of the board at Grieg Maritime Group and has many years of experience in shipping and the maritime industry. She is also on the Board of a number of the companies within the Grieg Group, Chair of the board at GC Rieber AS and leader of the election committee at DNB.

Koichi Hirata was appointed to the board in April 2026.

Keiichiro Yokohashi was appointed to the board in April 2026.

Mariann Revheim was appointed to the board in 2024. Mariann has been with Grieg Maritime Group since 2007 and currently works as VP Legal and Compliance.

Endo Tomohiro joined the board in April 2026.

Matt Duke was appointed to the Board of G2 Ocean in 2021. He is the Group CEO of Grieg Maritime Group, Chair of the Bergen Shipowners Association, and Board Member of Grieg Connect.

Tadashi Imai is an observer to the board. He serves as an executive Director in Gearbulk and has been working in the shipping industry for 45 years.
