Leadership Team

Arthur joined G2 Ocean in 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer and was appointed CEO in January 2020. Arthur has over 30 years of shipping experience in commercially focused roles in the breakbulk, dry bulk, terminal, combination carrier and tanker sectors in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, an MBA from the University of Nottingham, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

Agnethe joined G2 Ocean in 2018 and oversees a diverse array of corporate functions, including finance, business controlling, compliance risk and business processes, business planning, ESG, legal, digitalisation and innovation, communications, and procurement. With extensive leadership experience in the maritime sector’s finance domain, Agnethe brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Agnethe holds a master’s degree in accounting and has many years of professional experience as a State Authorized Public Accountant (CPA).

SK Lim joined G2 Ocean in March 2020 and is the Managing Director of G2 Ocean's Pacific region. He has nearly 30 years of maritime experience in commercially focused roles and is a highly experienced leader. He has a double master's degree in business administration, specialising in shipping, offshore, and finance.

Jack joined G2 Ocean in January 2024. His experience includes time as chief executive, in trade management, business development, country management, and customer relationship management. He has a master’s degree in transportation and logistics and certifications in process excellence and supply chain management.

Martha joined G2 Ocean in 2018 and is responsible for people and culture. Martha has long experience with organisational change programs, performance management and building a high-performance culture. Martha holds a Cand. Polit. in Organisational Psychology.
